A few things worth knowing.
When will I be charged?
Creating your account and saving a payment method with Whop does not charge you or start a subscription. Before each generation, you choose a $7, $9 or $14 package and explicitly confirm the purchase. There is no free generation or trial.
Do I have to fill in every profile field?
No. Every profile field is optional. Add relevant experience, education, projects and skills at your own pace. More specific information makes a more useful application. You can add internships or volunteering if you are applying for your first job.
Can the job offer and my documents use different languages?
Yes. Choose from English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic, Simplified Chinese and Japanese. That choice applies to your CV and every other document in the package, regardless of the language of your profile or job offer.
Which files and links can I use?
Paste the job description, import a supported recruitment website URL, or upload a PDF with readable text, DOCX or TXT file. Files can be up to 8 MB; PDFs can have up to 25 pages. Scanned PDFs need their text copied first. If a website blocks imports, paste the text instead.
Will the AI invent experience or qualifications?
The writing instructions use only the facts you provide and leave out missing details. AI can still make mistakes: review every document, check dates and claims, and edit anything that needs correcting before sending it.
Can I edit and download the result?
Yes. Once payment is confirmed, you can edit your documents, copy their text and export them using your browser’s Print → Save as PDF option. Those edits and exports do not create another charge. A new AI generation is a new purchase.
What if generation or payment fails?
The documents are prepared before a payment is requested. If writing fails, no payment is initiated. If payment is declined, the documents stay locked. If confirmation is delayed, check My documents before starting another purchase.
Does Élan submit applications or guarantee interviews?
No. Élan prepares your documents. You review and submit them yourself. Career Plus includes written preparation guidance, not a live coaching session or a job guarantee.
